Refund and canceled
How does one go about canceling and getting refunded. I had canceled a sub and wanted refund for 2 apps that did nothing not d as expected.

Clickhereand ask the iTunes Store staff for a refund, or if you got an email receipt, use the Report A Problem link in it.
