unable to access itunes in windows pc

i tried to login to itunes in pc and it not showing anything so uninstalled and reinstalled but still i cant access it. It showing this message.Kindly help me.

How do I install the current itunes on a Windows 7 PC? It used to be installed but after doing current update it stopped working and now after uninstalling it can't get it to reinstall. Help!! We use an older PC computer for Itunes, but have used it since the computer was new. Even when Windows 7 was the current operating system we had a hard time getting itunes to download. Once we did it has worked fine until this last update. After doing the update, itunes wouldn't open so we uninstalled it and then tried to reinstall with no luck. Hopefully someone out there has a solution, besides buying a new compute lol, to getting itunes back on this PC.

I cant get iTunes to open on my PC I have Apple's iTunes installed on my Dell PC running Windows 8.1 Last night I did some file cleaning on my PC including some files that dealt with the music in my iTunes program. Today I went to open iTunes and it wouldn't open so I'm sure I either deleted or altered something last night that has made iTunes unable to open. What should be my best way to go about making my iTunes functional again? Thank you!
