sim card issues

hey, i have a kind of problem that say on phone: no supported sim card. i want to know how to fixe that situation? please

iPhone 7, iOS 11.3.1

If it is a much longer error message and says it is not a hardware error it means your iPhone is locked to a cell provider. You will need to contact that cell company and see what their unlock policy is and if you qualify. If you don't know the company it is locked to call AppleCare, give them the model and serial number, and tell them you just want to know who it is locked with.
