I see a charge of 13 dollars on my account I am a college student so therefore I would like a refund. I have been getting charged extra for the past couple of months but never received my refund

I would like a refund please from the past couple of month. I have proof and I’m only supposed to be paying 5.00 monthly

This is a user-to-user support forum. No one here can refund anything but the following may help.

If you have recurring charges for the same amount each month, see: View, change, or cancel your subscriptions - Apple Support

You can use the following instructions to determine what a charge is for and to report a problem: Get help with an item purchased from the App Store, iTunes Store, or iBooks Store - Apple Support

Also see: If you see 'itunes.com/bill' or an unfamiliar charge on your statement - Apple Support

If the only indication of the charges is from an email or text, be aware that it may be a phishing attempt to get you to log in to a site that appears to be Apple and divulge your password or credit card information.
