How can I fix my payment method??

I have my Debit card on my Apple ID and whenever I download an app or update it asks for verificatio, and asks me to check my billing info and I insert all the information correctly but it says that my payment method has been declined, it’s been over 2 months and I have this problem, I can’t download or update any apps, thanks for your help!
