External Monitors Flicking

I recently purchased a Macbook Pro 13" touch bar for work purposes, due to my job I need to work with several monitors at the same time. However, when I used a usb-c to hdmi dongle, connect the macbook to an external display, after while the external display start flicking and constantly turns on and off, resulting in an unusable display. I need to restart the computer to resolve momentarily the issue. I've searched and apparently many more are experiencing the same issue. It's very important that this issue be resolved because an external display is a must requirement for many people nowadays, I just invested in a new computer because my older MacBook Pro (2012) didn't support work with 3 screens independently. Please provide a solution to this issue.
