iMessage can’t using by phone number

Last week I update ios and then icloud log out automaticall. So i just login again, and then my IMessage and Facetime can’t run by phone number. Someone can’t find my iMessages by phone number but iMessage still run by email. So I just check my phone number to registred by iMessage on iCloud but number still available for iMessage.

Please someone can help me for activate iMessage by phone number but remember I already using that number for IMessage and FaceTime
