My iPad is locking

Hi

In fact, I have iPad . . . but right now it is locking because I forget iCloud account, password and security questions. For this reason, kindly I need your full support to solve my case or through send my iCloud account to my E-mail as mention below. By the way I attach for you Invoice which contains all information related of my iPad. Also, I attach for you iPad Photo. I will be appreciated for you , if you finish it as soon as possible .
