Apple Watch 3 LTE eSim

If I unpair my Apple watch from my iPhone, will it delete my eSim as well? I ask since my carrier charges $10 for a new eSim. All it says on the Apple website is that it will keep the plan. So in another words does resetting my Apple Watch delete the eSim as well?

iPhone 5, iOS 10.3.3, 64 GB

No! The eSIM is part of the hardware and can never be changed in any way. You can unpair and re-pair as many times as you wish to the existing iPhone with no impact on your links to the cellular account. You don't even need to tell your cell provider you are doing it and the watch will just work when you complete the pairing.

The only time your network might become involved is if you wish to pair with a different iPhone, using a different nanoSIM on a different account. (I'm not sure how it plays if you replace your iPhone and transfer the SIM from the old phone, keeping the original account details)
