How can this be fixed (photos)

Since April 8th , i could not post or send any pictures on any app nor receive airdrop nor take any screenshots or pictures and have them saved. Today, I went to my photo library and all my pictures are gone, i did do a backup but only on March 30th which means all photos from March 31st to the 8th got delete
