How can this be fixed (photos)

Since April 8th , i could not post or send any pictures on any app nor receive airdrop nor take any screenshots or pictures and have them saved. Today, I went to my photo library and all my pictures are gone, i did do a backup but only on March 30th which means all photos from March 31st to the 8th got delete

Photos app apparently re-uploading everything to iCloud Hi all,I noticed yesterday that my MBP started re-uploading all of my photos to iCloud. Everything that I have read suggests that this can happen if iCloud Photo Library is disabled and then re-enabled. This is definitely not the case for me though and so I'm not sure what is going on. It's clearly uploading though as I see the network bandwidth being used. As of now, it shows that it is uploading 20,962 items. However, if I select "Pause for one day", then the number of photos to upload decreases dramatically. Earlier in the day it was reporting about 1,000 items, then later on 5,000 and now I just tried pausing and it shows 9,420 items to upload. If I resume uploading though, then the number jumps back up to 20k after a few moments. A few other relevant details:Most of my photos are taken on my iPhone 6s running 11.4.1 with iCloud Photo Library enabled.Checking photos on my iPad shows 21k+ photos with only the photos that I took yesterday and today not showing up.Any ideas why this seemingly happened out of nowhere on my MBP? I tried rebooting, but that had no effect. I would really like to avoid having to have it resolve itself on its own by uploading everything as my upstream connection is not that great. Moreover, I want to make sure that this doesn't happen again!Thanks a lot,Niels

Photos - items have not been uploaded to iCloud Hello people! I am dealing with the following issue all day long, red lots of info on Google and the current forum. Basically I have an iPhone SE (iOS 11.3) and my free iCloud storage (5GB) is full.I have the "430 items have not been uploaded to iCloud" message when I open the Photos application.I upgraded the iCloud storage to 50GB ($0.99) and waited for several hours already (5-6), but still the Photos do not sync to iCloud. I have not tried to disable/enable iCloud Photo Library (Settings > Photos) or sign out/sign in to iCloud (Settings > [Name] > Sign Out), because I am afraid that the currently not sync-ed photos will be deleted from my iPhone. Unfortunately when I try to get chat support I am referred to Support page in my home country language (Bulgarian), where contact carrier and contact repair service are only available. Considering the fact that my carrier support is worse than monkeys I do not want to waste my time on that path. I am looking forward to your thoughts and recommendations!I will be very happy if Apple Support Specialist can comment on that case.
