PHOTO GETS TO NORMAL MODE DESPITE IT BEING SET TO VIVID MODE AS PRESERVE MODE

How can i resolve this problem? I usually take photographs in vivid mode by preserving the settings in camera mode but despite that the photo which was taken in vivid mode gets back to normal mode automatically within 24 hours of time!
