Do you have a work email or a profile (is there a Settings > General > Profiles section) on the phone that is blocking them ?

Neither of those, you don't have a work email nor any profiles installed ? Is the phone yours e.g. it's not a work phone ? Is the phone's iOS version up-to-date ?
Nope, neither. It’s my personal phone and I just updated to the newest version.
