Why won’t my MacBook turn on?

2014 MacBook Pro was working fine, went to dual boot and the screen stayed black. Did a force shut down, now the machine won’t turn on. When I power it on, no start up noise. But the mouse clicks. Force shut down. Still nothing but a clicking mouse.
