FaceTime on Mac is not working and sends 'An error occurred during activation' message. Tips?

Hi, FaceTime on Mac is not working and sends 'An error occurred during activation' message. But it does work on Iphone. Could you please let me know what could be the reason?

MacBook Air, iOS 11
