I want some help, i recently found a iphone7 on the road, it was already restored by someone, so now its asking for apple ID and pasword that recently used by someone and i tried to open it with my own apple ID but its not working.
What should i do now?
I'm sorry but the whys and wherefores are irrelevant. There is no way for the security lock to be bypassed. Apple place great store in security and for example, were it your lost phone, wouldn't you appreciate that too?
Yeah, you are right, but i know you guyz can solve my problem by taking my iphone's IMEI Number and other details that provided by apple on back side of my iphone,
You can delete all data of its first owner and you can reset it for me because now i am owner of this device
You are not going to like me too much but it's a No, No, No.
No-one here will offer to help; the IMEI numbers etc mean nothing in the context you are applying and it is totally outside of Apple's interests or intent to assist you.
Please; do the right thing. If you don't have somewhere to hand it in (and in Pakistan I can understand that) ... then disable it with a hammer.

There is absolutely no way you are ever going to be able to use this phone. The lock cannot be bypassed and Apple cannot help you. It's been locked by the actual owner and the lock is specifically designed to prevent anyone else from opening it. If there was a way of bypassing it there would be no point in having it in the first place.
Take it to your local police authority. It is not yours any more than the information inside it. Apple will not help you bypass the inbuilt security; making it dead weight.

Frankly, if you are going to laugh at my efforts to advise, than I'm out. And if your attitude to the situation is what you are showing, my guess is you'll stay a poor man.
