Connecting WH-1000XM2 to MacBook

I was unable to connect my WH-1000XM2 bleutooth headset to a Mac Book. I tried several thing and also read multiple Q&A's. I succeded eventually!

Here is the solution:

Press and Hold the on/off button for MORE then seven seconds. There will be two colors of led be blinking: red and blue. At that point of time the headset appears in the bluetooth pairing menu.
