My question is that i can't activate my iphone

Recently i restored my iphone 6 on ios 11 but when i try to activate it it keeps telling "the activation server cannot be reached" and when i use Itunes too it tells me "the iphone could not be activated beacause the activation information could not be obtained from the device" yet the inserted sim card works properly. Can you help me please to get my iphone back to normal.
