Need help! WhatsApp restore giving error

Hi! I switched my iPhone (from iPhone 6 11.1 ios to iPhone 6s 11.3.1) and while restoring from iCloud I keep getting this error for whatsapp "Couldn't restore chat history".

Any idea why this is happening? And what can I do to fix this?

My WhatsApp restore is too slow when moving to new iPhone 13 pro, all applications has been restored successfully from iCloud except for WhatsApp. It been 3 days and yet restoration is not completed. Any suggestions? Thanks
