Free app download
Hello,
I need your help please.
At the end of April I downloaded the application Bright.
With the download, I was given a month of free app usage until April 25.
After about two weeks since I downloaded the app I no longer used it, and I decided to delet it from my iPhone before month free ended.
It was a free download and I remove of the application from my iPhone, unfortunately my account was charged NIS 99. It's important to note that the app was not used after the the free period.
I ask for your help in handling the NIS 99 refund because the application was not used for over a month and the download was free.
