how can I get company's email through outlook on ipad pro?

I cannot get company's emails through outlook on my ipad. the error message says that the device is blocked by my company's admin, which is actually not the case. I understood that by uninstalling Airwatch, the issue can be solved but I cannot uninstall it as I don't have Device Management option. Thanks!
