Lost Info.plist

i did backup from my iphone the i did restor and update for ios

and i did backup after finished update

when i open itunes to restore the first backup i was surprise that was deleted

after that i recovery my backup by recovery software but i lost one file Info.plist

is there any way to restore full backup?
