i hope I stop having errors on my paymet

please help bec its bothering me so much. ive tried to change my Apple ID nothing worked . this Happens on my iphone 7

i wanted to buy 2500(+300 bonus) v-bucks in the game and it costs 89.99 AED I made my payment method on my number and i have enough to buy it but it’s gives me error

everytime
