WhatsApp 2.18.60 notifications not showing names

Yesterday I've installed the latest WhatsApp version (2.18.60) and since then I’m unable to see who’s sending me messages in ALL notifications.

Searching for a resolution here at the discussion panel I've found a very similar post but related to the 2.18.52 Whatsapp version. This is the thread: WhatsApp 2.18.52 notifications not showing names

Since the problem is the same I tried to fix it with the answer on the thread but unfortunately it didn't work. Is anyone with the same problem?

Notification on whatsapp web is not working on ipad safari Hi, i’m using whatsapp web on ipad, but it seems like whatsapp web is not notifying me a new messages, i tried to turn on the notification on notification settings on whatsapp web but it didn’t work, is there any other way to solve this problem? Push notification error I am receiving whatsapp messages only when i open the app. There is a warning message when i go to notification settings on whatsapp which asks me to enable the push notifications. I tried to enable the push notifications via settings but unfortunately whatsapp is not there in the notification style. I tried to reset settings as well. But nothing is working. Please advise.
