I tried to make a payment thru an app called Azar but it says error check your iTunes provider?

i was trying to make my usual payment for Azar app i'm a golden member there and now i can't make purches it says error (-1001) and when i ask for further information it says check you your ituens settings. Even though i have a valid visa and already have funds in my app store.
