Updating a Ipad Model MC705LL/A

Trying to update the ios from 8.4.1 to 9.3.5. Finds the update, but when I click on Download and Install - it grays out for a second or two then turns back to blue. Any suggestions?

iPad 2 Wi-Fi, iOS 8.4.1

Have you tried using iTunes to update the software? I don’t know how much help this will be, but it also mentions using iTunes at the end of the article.

Won't update 9.3.2 fo 9.3.5 I have an older iPad, model MD543LL/A, that I have not used in a couple of years. I am trying to do the updates (9.3.2 to 9.3.5) The little updating circle just spins forever and system won't update. I am connected to the wifi. Any suggestions.
