Question: Error message for Apple ID

I am getting an error message on my phone regarding my password for my Apple ID. However, I can successfully log in online with my Apple ID and password. Nothing has changed. Why will my phone not accept my password?

Apple ID is locked or disabled

If you are getting the message when you try to download updates or purchases and if the error message is that the Apple ID is disabled and it doesn't say it is for security reasons, contact iTunes support: Contact Apple Support
