Why my iphone X i bought a month ago is heated suddenly and the battery goes down so fast! And suddenly it turn off by itself? What can i do? Is this ios the problem?

iPhone is heating up My iPhone XR is heating up and when it does then the display dims so much I can’t even turn it up and then my battery dies faster sometimes even when I’m doing nothing on my iPhone, I checked the battery status and health and it looks like everything is good, plz help.
