Is it ok to take 2 about 2 minutes from iMac opening

Is it ok to take 2 about 2 minutes from iMac opening till the opening of 2 apps Mail and Chorme sas login items or is too slow ?

Which iMac? To rduce the start up time eliminate the login items.
