Battery issues with iPhone 6
Is it a problem with the IOS version or a battery that needs to be replaced?

We don't know your problems, caused, as you're stating, from your battery.
What's happening? Does your iphone turn off unexpectedly? are you having isues charging your battery?
What steps did you take to solve / reduce your bad situation?
What Iphone are your using, with what iOS version?
Have you already tried to contact your most convenient Apple Store or Authorized Service Provider and have your iPhone inspected and/or your battery checked? Apple - Find Locations - Location Selector
Do you know that battery can be now replaced at a reducted price of $29 + taxes (worldwide operation valid until the end of 2018)?
