The laptop I used to back up my

iphone iPad is not available for me to use, what can I do

iPad (4th gen) Wi-Fi, iOS 10.3.3, Does not have WiFi

Is this a general question or is there a problem? If you don't have the old laptop then use a different computer for backups, or use iCloud.
