macOs in VirtualBox

Hello,

1) Do you realize how difficult is to ask a question at apple.com? These tones of clicks and sub-menues.... And none of them actually fits my topic.

The topic:

2) Why macOS is not possible as a guest in VirtualBox? People may have several reasons for this. For example, developers would like to test their product. Is everything in Apple about money? Curiosity, academic interest, "think different" -- are all useless without profit?

Thank you for your attention, hoping for a solid answer.

The legality of running an OS you own in a virtual space would need to be defined by the owner of the platform.

secondly virtualizing OS X on a non apple appliance would not be indicative of the behavior of software on the platform is was designed to use.

For anything else you would have to ask Oracle, it's their software and their responsibility.
