Flashlight: Hard Button "off" needed

Can someone at APPLE please create a "hard button turns off the flashlight" option for the flashlight app?

It's not practical to have to access the screen to turn the flashlight off. Any situation requiring one to use the flashlight is usually, how do I say this, "in the dark..." The last thing we want is to fumble around and have to log back into the phone just to turn off the flashlight. Ditto if you're in a crawlspace, a dirty hole, or wearing gloves.

Apple: please create the "any hard button turns off the flashlight" option for flashlight.
