No plus sign in wallet after move to Spain

Hi,

I recently moved from Germany (no apple pay) to Spain (apple pay!).

I now updated my region in the App Store and restarted the phone, still no + sign to add credit cards in wallet.

Anything else I need to do?

no plus sign on apple wallet I switched from my old iphone 7 to iphone 12 yesterday. My credit card would not appear on my apple wallet. There is no plus sign in the wallet app. My credit card info is in my payment method on settings. I could not change the country or region I am in as suggested by the community board. (when I go to that, it says I already have an active itunes Match subscription). I've already signed out of and signed back on to my icloud account. I have already restarted my phone.

Apple wallet: No add button Hello. I changed the location of my Account to chinese Mainland and added a local bank card to my payment methods. Since that, I cannot see the add button in my Apple wallet. My IOS version is up to date. I already signed out and resigned in, I restarted the phone . Everything was ok before I change the location.
