I changed my phone number last week. Now every few hours I am getting a message on my phone to update my trusted phone number. I did this last week. Still getting the message. How do I get rid of this message?

Login at https://appleid.apple.com/ and go to edit your profile. You should see the link for updating trusted numbers if you look around a little. Sorry I can’t give you a direct link, you have to go through the login first.
I wasn't even aware of how to talk to someone live anymore! I changed the number on the website, but apparently there's a place in the settings on the phone itself where you have to change it, too. That fixed it. I just figured doing it in one place would fix it. Thanks!
In that case launch in your browser Contact Apple Support and arrange to talk to a paid staff human. I usually find the call-back option is most efficient If it is available in your country.
