How do you disable limit ad tracking. I can not disable it?

Opt out of interest-based ads in the App Store and Apple News -- These are the steps for turning it on, and you can turn it back off from the same two settings.
On your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch
- Go to Settings > Privacy > Advertising.
- Turn on Limit Ad Tracking.
Turn off location-based ads
- Go to Settings > Privacy > Location Services > System Services.
- Turn off Location-Based Apple Ads.
How to use parental controls on your child's iPhone, iPad, and iPod touch -- Keep in mind that if you have Restrictions enabled on your iPhone, it will prevent you from being able to disable the Limit Ad Tracking feature. You would need to disable Restrictions or disable this specific feature in Settings > General > Restrictions > Advertising > Allow Changes.
