I keep getting a window coming up telling me "identityservicesd" wants to use the Keychain and asking me to type in my password.
This comes up frequently (every few minutes)
Would like to know how to eliminate this and if there are any underlying problems.

Quick question: have you tried locking your keychain and then unlock it again right away? I've recently had several problems where applications and services are trying to access our users keychains but even though the login keychain is unlocked the have to lock/unlock it for the apps to access it. Seems like a bug.
This is the message I'm getting. I can either type in the password or cancel it, but neither action prevents it from popping back up moments or minutes later. I've tried fixing permissions and fsck -f from a Command-S boot. I've also tried running Diagnostics from a Command-D boot.
