iTunes cutting off MP3s encoded with LAME.

So, I've got an oddly specific issue.

I'm using iTunes 12.6.2.20 on a 64-bit edition of Windows 7. I have many songs imported from my computer, mostly as MP3s, encoded with varying software.

MP3 files encoded with LAME cut off toward the end, and count as the song being finished. MP3s encoded with other software do not experience this issue. The progress bar can be clearly seen as skipping to the end, while the audio itself does not; it just cuts off.

This problem has existed for me since an earlier update. Not sure which one, but I do know iTunes had the same icon that it does now when I first noticed the problem.

Just wondering if anyone else has had this issue with this specific encoder, or any at all.

I'll try updating to see if that fixes it, but I've tried updating before and it hadn't.

Also, an unrelated issue just popped up. Not related to iTunes, but I can no longer access the Apple Support Community website on my home network, neither either on my phone nor my computer.

I get an "accessed denied" message. A screenshot of it is attached.

I can still access it on my phone using 4G, though.

Do you know anything about that?

EDIT: The site is working fine now.
