can i get a refund on a subscription i accidentally subscribed to?

i accidentally cliced subscribe to the app clue and it’s charged me $68 i was not intended on spending such a sub amount of mondy on an app so could i please have a refund?

You cannot reach Apple directly through these columns as they are manned by volunteers, users, much like yourself.
However, we can help you … but do be aware that although Apple usually treat requests sympathetically where a genuine mistake has occurred, refunds are at Apple’s discretion, not a right.


If you have an APPLE electronic receipt you will see an invitation to ‘Report a problem’.
Report what you say here as your problem and Apple will contact you.

Where subscriptions are concerned, you should try to spend a few moments reviewing this document which explains how you should view, change or cancel them.
