Is there a way to add recipients when replying to a text sent from just one person? I.e., Bob sends me a text message and when replying to Bob, I also want to include Ann. Is there a way to do that?

Natively in the message app, I don't believe this is an available option. You may be able to find alternative message apps in the App Store which offer this feature.
