I have purchased new Iphone 8 from Amazon in India. It doesn't have written "Designed by Apple. Assembled in China" on the back side of phone. Is it genuine Device or not? How can i check it??

It depends on the local laws. Apple does make some iPhone 8 models that only say "iPhone". Apple's iPhone 8 page shows that version.
In other markets there may be information required by regulations such as the CE symbol or where it was assembled. This page shows a UK phone.
You can enter the serial number at Check Your Service and Support Coverage - Apple Support to see what Apple says about it.
Otherwise, iOS v11.4 was released yesterday, so check your software version (Settings/General/Software Update) and upgrade if it isn't already on 11.4. If you can get iOS 11.4 your phone is genuine.

If iPhone works ok with your apple I'd Then you have a genuine iPhone.
Also go to settings update To ios 11.4 over your wifi.
