Hi, I am having an issue with my iPhone X, starting today, where the battery takes too long when charging.
I am using the original cable and usb device.
Is there an issue with the iOS? it was working fine...

Often after an update, rebooting your phone solves little issues.
On iPhone X:
Press and quickly release volume up button
Press and quickly release volume down button
Press and keep holding the side power button (hold past swipe to shut down) until the Apple Logo appears
Your iPhone will restart. See if charging is normal.
I have followed those steps, it rebooted but it still does have the same issue.
Now it is at 14% charged and "charging" but not moving from there. ⚠ 😐
If you have access to another cable or charging puck, try it. If you get the same result, schedule an appointment with your Apple Store Genius Bar for evaluation.
