I was trying to charge my iPhone 7 but I cant. (because it says "This accessory may not be supported") I pulled out the lightning cable and looked at it only to find corrosion(black line) on the gold connectors on both side.
Does anyone know, does apple actually use gold in these? (gold isnt supposed to corrode, especially after half year).

Gold doesn't typically corrode. There are ways to make gold corrode, especially exposure to sulfur compounds.
However, the base metal is not gold. The contacts are only gold electroplated, and the gold can scrape off - exposing the base metal. The base metal can corrode depending on what it is.

Then return to the Apple Store and ask for the manager. This is a user to user support forum, and Apple does not participate here. We are users like you, and have no say so in what Apple does or doesn't accept. You need to deal with them.
I returned it to appstore because it under warranty, but they said is physical Injury. I can not accept this answer because this is not physical injury. If it is corrosion then it's chemical process.
