Changed email and icloud does not work

Hi! I have changed email adress in my Apple ID and now I cannot log in to icloud. It is asking for passsword for the old email, when I write it, it says that the account does not exist. And I cannot change the email adress there, there is no such an option.

iMac (21.5-inch Mid 2011), iOS 11.2.6

Have you tried signing out of iCloud?
