After enabling Messages in the Cloud feature in my iPhone, and trying to enabling it on my Mac, in Messages-Preferences, the option i not available.

I upgraded to 10.13.5 and do not have the enable cloud option on the preference screen on my MacBook pro. Just enable this account button. Nothing below that. I do have TFA on my devices.
I think some people have had success signing out of iMessage and signing back in.
Thanks for the suggestion. Tried it a coupe of times and no luck. Hear of any other fixes?
