I don't know delete files in Grab history.
How do you it delete files ?? I need an advice please.

The dock does show "Recent Items". If that's what you don't like, go to System Preferences > General > Recent Items and set it to "None".
The Grab application does not keep history.
How exactly do you save Grab's screen shots?
