My visual voicemail was working fine and all of a sudden now it doesn't work any more. I use it all the time and really need to fix it. I'm not sure what happened. I didn't do anything to it. It doesn't make any sense to me. Can someone help with this? Thanks!

I suggested two things. Did you do both of them? And did you tell your carrier that your Visual Voicemail is not working? If it isn't it must be re-provisioned by your carrier (you can use the word "re-provision" - its carrier terminology). After the carrier does their part you may need to restart your phone again.
First, restart your phone: Restart your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch - Apple Support
If that doesn't fix it, contact your carrier. Voicemail is a carrier function.
I did that and I have regular voicemail I just don't have visual voicemail on my iphone itself.
