Advanced Mac Cleaner Pop Up

How can I get rid of the Advanced Mac Cleaner Pop up on OS 10.13.4 High Sierra? I know this is malware and am not installing it but the pop up won't go away.

Mac Pro, macOS Sierra (10.12.4), updated from El Capitan

Dear Carolyn - Thanks! I had used MalWare Bytes in the past which had kind of slipped through my swiss cheese mind. Just had to update it and it worked like a charm. Thanks again.
