Apple Event: May 7th at 7 am PT
Whenever I try to download something, the App Store asks for my password to view billing information. I currently have no credit card with money on it, but the App Store won’t let me download, even free, anything without giving them valid credit card info. This is ridiculous and I want to know how to fix it and proceed without giving any credit card information

What is the text of the message/prompt that you are getting, and do you currently have the invalid card on the account ?
