How to fix Confirm Form Resubmission Error

Everytime I try to sign up to a new website and refresh the page after the process, It always keeps appearing. Oh, to note this only happens in safari and chrome but not Mozilla. I tried doing the same on a chrome in a PC running Windows 10. But I didn't get any errors back, as in the case of the Mac.

User uploaded fileI tried checking it online but I don't find any answers regarding this from an end-users perspective. All they provide is how to solve them using some code in PHP which I am not familiar with. I think there's some problem with my Browser. I am not sure though. Can someone help me with this?

I have encountered this on my mac but only in chrome, I can't say if this works for safari.

Most of the times this is because of not up to date browsers. Updating your browser might solve this problem as it did for me.

Because Confirm Form Resubmission Error is encountered only because of cache problems. This message warns you that you are performing the same action again like paying for something twice.

If you are a developer or this is happening on your pages then try looking at this article. How to fix Confirm Form Resubmission Error
